For the Jacksonville Jaguars, it's figuring out how to get everyone in line, and what to do with those who don't. After a disheartening loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday, in which Jacksonville blew a fourth-quarter lead at home to a team that came in with a 1-4 record, "accountability" was the buzzword. They want to figure out a way to get everyone to compete every down nobody letting down for a play or two. TORONTO – So far through two ALCS games in Toronto, both teams have had to deal with short outings from a starting pitcher. In the Blue Jays' 11-8 win in Game 3, Royals starter Johnny Cueto couldn't get out of the third inning. It was R.A. Dickey's turn to struggle in Game 4 on Tuesday. Dickey was pulled after allowing five runs, four of them earned, over 1 2/3 innings. He served up a two-run home run to Ben Zobrist in the first and a solo shot to Alex Rios in the second. New York Mets pitcher Matt Harvey has an insurance policy put in place by his agent Scott Boras protecting him if he suffers an injury that leads to loss of potential earnings.  Such policies are common in the sports world for elite college and professional athletes, but Harvey's is newsworthy because the entire final six weeks of the regular season around the Mets were spent debating whether the team should stop using Harvey because he is in his first season following Tommy John surgery and he was approaching, and ultimately surpassed, a 180-innings limit his agent and the team had discussed before the season. CBSSports reported Boras secured the policy for Harvey at the end of the regular season. There were a lot of factors that went into the Carolina Panthers' big win at the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Carolina's defense had its leader, middle linebacker Luke Kuechly, back and played very fast as a result. The offense had a sustaining run game. Quarterback Cam Newton got hot after a shaky start. And Seattle's defense continued to fall apart as it keeps experimenting with different schemes. Let's start with the game-winning play, because for as well as the Panthers played, it was a total breakdown by the Seahawks that led to the final touchdown. The family of a terminally ill baby couldn't make it to a Clemson pep rally. So the school brought the pep rally to them. Jonathan and Stephanie Bolt's 9-month-old daughter Addison has Krabbe disease. Jonathan wanted to take his daughter to a Clemson football game, but she's unable to sit up, eat, or breathe on her own and can't go. After finding that out, Clemson made sure they got to enjoy a personalized experience. TORONTO – The following is a fact: Johnny Cueto pitched one of the worst games in postseason history in Game 3 of the ALCS on Monday night in Toronto. Cueto recorded just six outs before getting pulled in the third inning and was charged with eight earned runs as the Blue Jays won the game 11-8 . There were multiple factors that led to his rough outing. He was facing the league's best lineup. He couldn't command his fastball and was leaving balls up in the zone. Outside of his terrific start in Game 5 of the ALDS against Houston, he hasn't been very good since coming over from Cincinnati to Kansas City in a blockbuster trade in late July. Curtis Glencross has told TSN’s Darren Dreger that he’s retiring after 507 games over nine NHL seasons. Glencross had two opportunities to catch on with NHL teams this preseason, but both the Toronto Maple Leafs and Colorado Avalanche decided to release him from tryout contracts and not sign him to a deal. "It's heartbreaking, but there's a plan for us,” he told Dreger earlier this month . “That's the only way to look at it.  I played 10 plus years of pro hockey...it has been a good run. We will wait to see if anything pops up in the next few weeks and we'll make our decision from there." The 32-year old Glencross has three young children, so going to play in Europe or the KHL was out of the question.  "We have weighed our options and with the young family I'm enjoying a lot of firsts with them,” he said. J.T. Barrett has final earned his starting spot back. After weeks of playing backup quarterback to Cardale Jones, coach Urban Meyer announced Tuesday that Barrett would start Saturday’s game against Rutgers. This isn’t much of a surprise. Barrett came in during the first half of Saturday’s win against Penn State and led the Buckeyes to their first touchdown. He took over in the third quarter and played the rest of the game, making what was a dual-quarterback system a one-man job. In the past when Barrett had come in as a spark for Jones, he’d performed OK, but nothing that would have warranted a quarterback switch. Last Saturday was different.
