The American folk singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell was taken to hospital in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, according to reports.


The website jonimitchell.com, which describes itself as the artist’s official site, said: “Joni has been hospitalized. We are awaiting official word on her condition and will post it here as soon as we know.”
