Yelp has added a raft of new business categories to its booking and ordering services in the US. The platform now lets you reserve your place at a VIP table at a nightclub, set up a round of golf at your favorite course, try a new outdoor activity like skydiving, send flowers and even make an appointment with a legal consultant. With support for time windows, vehicle and visit types, load capacities and various delivery constraints, Routific’s service aims to help companies save time, fuel and manpower when delivering products. It also includes a traffic simulator to help determine optimal routes for delivery vehicles, and is augmented by a mobile app for drivers that lets them track their daily schedule and progress.
